Good Eatin’: Madrid

My apologies for the absence, I’ve been in London! But here’s a little post on the good eats from Madrid. I can’t believe it was over 3 weeks ago…

I think the best meal I had in Spain was definitely at a delicious Argentinean steak house. We were the ONLY people in the restaurant but that made it all the more amazing. We had goat cheese and caramelized onions, cooked our own steaks, delicious wine, and AMAZING ice cream. Oh my god. My mouth is watering.

Then came Mercado de San Miguel. It’s everything I’ve ever wanted and reminds me a lot of Torvehallerne in Copenhagen. Can’t wait to show Khaki and Steve around Cope this weekend!!! But everything was delicious. I love little plates like these.

In case you haven’t noticed, I love cheese.

Gazpacho & burrata

Goat cheese and onions & fig and jamon

Of course we ended the day with churros and chocolate!

I can’t even say anything about the food in Spain it was so delicious and now I miss it! Damn.

I also became obsessed with Manchego cheese. OB-SESSED. Here’s a little pic what we did on my last day in Spain…any guesses as to what happened the night before? Try a seven story club.
